Syntiant, an Intel- and Microsoft-backed maker of ultra-low-power edge AI chips, filed for a U.S. IPO on July 6, 2026, planning to list on Nasdaq under the ticker SYTN. The Irvine, California-based company builds processors that run AI inference directly on devices such as earbuds, wearables, and vehicles instead of relying on the cloud. Syntiant reported first-quarter fiscal 2026 revenue of $64.5 million and a net loss of $26.2 million, and has not yet disclosed share count or price range.
