Anaconda has acquired Enkrypt AI, a startup specializing in AI security and safety for enterprises, adding pre-deployment red-teaming, runtime guardrails, and compliance automation to its platform. The deal integrates Enkrypt AI’s technology across the AI agent stack, covering models, agents, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Anaconda said the acquisition addresses enterprise security challenges as AI agent usage scales toward nearly a trillion tokens per month. The announcement was made on August 4, 2026.
