Google announced that its Gemini app has reached 1 billion monthly active users, making it the company’s fastest-growing product and its 14th to hit that milestone. The app grew from 400 million users in May 2025 to 1 billion within roughly a year. CEO Sundar Pichai highlighted the achievement alongside upcoming features, including support for more than 60 new regional dialects and expanded task automation on Android.
