Amazon has launched Microsoft 365 extensions for its Amazon Quick AI assistant, bringing agentic AI capabilities directly into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The extensions let users access connected enterprise data sources and dashboards, including Salesforce, Jira, and SharePoint, without leaving the Microsoft applications they already use. The cloud-based tools are now generally available across seven AWS regions and require no additional licensing for existing Quick customers on Plus, Professional, or Enterprise plans.
