Celero Communications raised $275 million in a Series C round announced September 9, 2026, led by Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners and CapitalG, valuing the company at more than $3 billion. The funding follows validation of what the company calls the industry’s first 2nm coherent DSP silicon, intended to scale AI optical interconnects from 1.6 terabits toward 3.2 terabits per second. CEO Nariman Yousefi said the silicon validation shows coherent technology can deliver the bandwidth density and power efficiency needed for next-generation AI networks. The round brings Celero’s total funding to $415 million as it moves from silicon validation toward commercial deployment.
