Salesforce unveiled a suite of seven named AI agents — Casey, Paige, Carter, Hunter, Marshall, Piper, and Fin — each built for a specific business function such as customer service, IT/HR support, sales, and supply chain automation. The agents run on an updated Agentforce Coworker platform with new Multi-Agent Orchestration capabilities. Six of the seven are generally available now, while Hunter, the outbound sales agent, remains in pilot as the first to use a new long-horizon runtime designed to pursue goals over weeks rather than single conversations.
