Anthropic launched Claude Frontier Academy, a training program backed by a $100 million investment designed to develop 10,000 “Frontier Deployed Engineers” by the end of 2027. The initiative addresses enterprise AI talent shortages through a residency model that combines in-person instruction with real-world project work at partner organizations. Initial cohorts include engineers from firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, McKinsey, Morgan Stanley, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
