Supabase, an open-source Postgres development platform, announced on October 2, 2026 that it raised $150 million led by GIC, with participation from CapitalG, IronArc, and SquarePeg, four months after a $500 million Series F round. The company plans to use the funds, along with its acquisition of database infrastructure company Turso, to build products for AI agent-driven workloads, and part of the round will provide employee liquidity. Turso’s technology provisions large numbers of isolated databases at low cost, and its founder, Glauber Costa, will become Supabase’s Head of Agentic Services.
