According to Linear’s 2026 usage data, AI-generated content now accounts for about 49% of all issues created on the platform, up from fewer than one in a thousand in 2024. Teams using coding agents have tripled their weekly pull request output, rising from 21 to 65 per week, while teams without agents remained flat at 8-10 per week. Overall pull request volume across paid workspaces grew 111% between June 2024 and June 2026, with the steepest growth occurring in 2026.
