Anthropic has unified Claude’s memory system across its Chat and Cowork products, letting context carry over between the two so users no longer have to re-explain ongoing projects or preferences. Everything Claude remembers appears as an editable list of topic-based entries in a new Memory settings tab, where each item can be viewed, edited, or deleted individually. Sensitive topics such as health information, religion, and political views are excluded from memory by default, and the feature is now available across Free, Pro, and Max plans on web, desktop, and mobile.
