Corma, a cybersecurity AI startup based in Tel Aviv and San Francisco, raised $60 million in seed funding led by Sequoia Capital, with Khosla Ventures and Coatue also participating, to build AI systems purpose-built for defensive cybersecurity. The company’s internal research found that AI-driven attackers succeeded against simulated enterprise environments 88% of the time, while AI defenders detected only 12% of those threats. Corma’s models focus on analyzing logs and audit trails rather than writing code, and early deployments have reportedly cut threat response times by more than 94%.
