Block, the payments company led by Jack Dorsey, launched Buzz on July 22, 2026, a free open-source platform built on the Nostr protocol that lets employees and AI agents collaborate in a shared workspace. The platform combines team chat, code repositories, and automated workflows, giving each participant, human or agent, a cryptographic identity and defined permissions. It supports agents powered by Claude Code, Codex, and Block’s own goose framework, and can be self-hosted or run via Block’s managed version.
