The agreement includes a multibillion-dollar Microsoft commitment to Mistral’s expanded European GPU infrastructure, and integrates Mistral’s Medium 3.5 and OCR 4 models into Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, and Azure. The partnership is designed to let customers run AI consistently across cloud, cloud-connected, and fully disconnected environments while retaining control of their data.
