Nvidia announced strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to establish independent compute financing platforms designed to mobilize over $500 billion in third-party capital for AI infrastructure development. The agreements aim to make Nvidia compute an investable asset class, enabling customers such as frontier AI labs, enterprises and AI clouds to access computing capacity at scale. CEO Jensen Huang said the partnerships reflect the fact that compute is revenue, citing Nvidia’s CUDA platform and developer ecosystem as a differentiator. The financing arrangements remain subject to execution of final terms between the parties.
