Oracle sent a force majeure notice to the developer of Project Jupiter, its $165 billion Stargate data center campus in New Mexico, a move that would let it delay payments if the facility misses its 2028 target. The filing follows a stalled Energy Transfer gas pipeline needed to power the site’s fuel cells and a still-pending state air-quality permit. Oracle said the project remains on its planned schedule and that it is not seeking to exit as the site’s main tenant.
