Salesforce’s Winter ’27 release became generally available on October 12, 2026, introducing AI agents designed to handle entire workflows rather than single tasks. The release includes Agentforce Contact Center now live in more than 30 countries, Agentic Commerce Search for Shopper Agent customers, and Slack Code for collaborative AI-assisted coding. Salesforce is auto-enabling Agentforce by default across all organizations with Agentforce access, at no additional cost.
