A technical report evaluates AI agent memory systems using three standardized benchmarks: LoCoMo, LongMemEval, and BEAM. Mem0’s new token-efficient algorithm achieved scores of 92.5 on LoCoMo and 94.4 on LongMemEval while consuming approximately 6,900 tokens per query, with significant gains in temporal reasoning and multi-hop tasks. The integration ecosystem now supports 21 frameworks and 20 vector storage backends, though unresolved challenges remain including temporal abstraction at scale, cross-session identity resolution, and memory staleness in high-relevance stored facts.
