Temporal announced a $550 million Series E funding round at a $12.55 billion valuation, co-led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Wellington Management, Goldman Sachs Alternatives’ Growth Equity arm, and Tiger Global. The company’s Durable Execution platform lets developers build reliable, long-running applications — including agentic AI workflows — that automatically preserve state and recover from failures. Temporal said it now serves more than 4,300 paying customers, including OpenAI, Snap, and Nvidia, and processes 1.9 trillion billable actions per month.
