Chinese humanoid robot maker Unitree Robotics has priced its initial public offering on Shanghai’s STAR Market at 150.80 yuan per share, valuing the company at roughly $9 billion. The offering raised about 6.1 billion yuan ($905 million), with retail investor demand oversubscribed by more than 8,000 times. Unitree, which produces humanoid and quadruped robots including its G1, H1, and R1 models, reported 1.7 billion yuan in 2025 revenue and is already profitable.
