WikiSkill is a framework that co-evolves an LLM agent’s reusable skill library alongside a persistent wiki-style knowledge base, separating raw execution experience, accumulated knowledge, and executable skills. The framework consistently outperforms prior skill-evolution methods across diverse benchmarks and models, and the authors find that evolved skills transfer effectively across different models and model families. Ablations confirm that continuous consolidation of experience into the wiki, rather than the skills alone, is critical to the gains.
