Anthropic has launched Claude for Teachers, giving verified K-12 educators in the United States free access to premium Claude features, a library of teaching skills, and curriculum resources aligned to academic standards across all 50 states. The platform integrates with existing K-12 educational software, letting teachers create lesson plans, differentiate instruction, and analyze student data while maintaining privacy protections compliant with FERPA. The service also includes AI fluency training developed in partnership with Teach for America and the American Federation of Teachers.
