ElevenLabs completed a $300 million employee tender offer that doubled the voice AI company’s valuation to $22 billion, up from $11 billion at its Series D round in February 2026, according to a September 30, 2026 report. The secondary share sale was led by Wellington Management and T. Rowe Price, with new investors including EQT, Goldman Sachs, and GIC joining existing backers Andreessen Horowitz and Lightspeed Venture Partners. In a tender offer, the company itself receives no new capital; existing shareholders and employees sell stock to new and current investors at a price that resets the company’s valuation. ElevenLabs said its ElevenAgents platform for voice and chat agents has more than tripled its annualized revenue since the Series D, with enterprise customers now accounting for the majority of revenue.
