Flow Engineering, a San Francisco-based startup building an AI-powered platform for hardware development, raised $50 million in a Series B round at a $750 million valuation, the company announced on September 30, 2026. The round was co-led by Antonio Gracias of Valor Equity Partners and Gavin Baker of Atreides Management, with participation from Sequoia Capital, which had led Flow’s earlier Series A. Flow’s platform connects requirements, CAD designs, simulation results, and test data so that AI agents can track the downstream impact of engineering changes, with the company saying its goal is to shrink hardware iteration cycles from months to days. Customers named by the company include Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, and General Motors PPU.
