Humanoid-robot maker Figure has partnered with cloud provider Nscale for access to up to 100,000 Nvidia Vera Rubin GPUs, committing an initial $3.5 billion in compute spending. The deal underscores the scale of infrastructure investment robotics companies are making to train and run increasingly capable physical-AI models. The commitment follows Figure’s most recently disclosed funding round, a Series C that valued the company at $39 billion.
