AI infrastructure startup Infinity raised $15 million in seed funding at a $100 million valuation from investors including Touring Capital, Principal VC, and researchers from OpenAI and Anthropic. Founded by former Google Brain researcher Jeremy Nixon, the company builds software that makes any AI chip inference-ready, using an autonomous agent called Ignition to write and optimize low-level compute kernels. The funding will scale Infinity’s automated research platform, grow its engineering team, and expand work with chip partners including d-Matrix.
