Saudi Arabia’s national AI company Humain plans to raise $2.5 billion from global and domestic investors to finance 250 megawatts of AI data center capacity in the kingdom. Riyadh-based investment bank BSF Capital will manage the fund and approach investors pending Capital Market Authority approval, with financing structured as a mix of debt and equity. The raise follows an earlier $1.2 billion allocation from Saudi Arabia’s National Infrastructure Fund and supports Humain’s broader plan for a 6GW hyperscale AI data center network nationwide.
