SiMa.ai, a San Jose-based Physical AI startup, raised $150 million in an oversubscribed Series C round co-led by Fidelity Management & Research Company and Amplify, bringing its total funding to $500 million at a $1.45 billion valuation. The company builds purpose-built silicon paired with software for deploying AI on edge devices in autonomous systems such as humanoids, automotive, and drones. SiMa.ai said the new capital will accelerate its Palette Neat agentic software platform and fund next-generation hardware capable of 1,000 dense TOPS of compute, and reported that its revenue quadrupled between 2024 and 2025.
