Wispr Flow has introduced Notetaker, an AI-powered meeting assistant that transcribes conversations, generates summaries, and identifies action items using calendar data and connected apps such as Slack. The tool works across platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Slack huddles by capturing audio directly from the user’s device rather than joining calls. Notetaker launched on Mac on August 5, 2026, with a Windows version in development and mobile support still on the roadmap. It is included in Wispr Flow’s free plan with usage limits, while unlimited use requires a paid Flow Pro subscription.
